Fix the import limit on rows when importing CSV files

I have a couple of CSV files that contain over 47k rows, but when I import these CSV files, I am only able to import 12,314 rows. I am aware that if I load this same CSV into an Excel file, I can access all records, but this is an unneeded step and creates an unwanted extra file to manage. Can this limit be fixed?

Thanks for the Idea @RandyCasey. Could you tell us a bit more about how you are importing the CSV?

This occurs whether I am locating the CSV file in the Catalog, right-clicking and selecting "Add to Current Map" or dragging the CSV file to the Table of Contents.
