idea Representation offset feature override in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

It is absolutely necessary to reintroduce in ArcGIS Pro the concept of override that previously existed in ArcMap in the representations in order to allow a personalized offset (in X and Y) for one or more features in a feature class when symbolizing for medium and small scale maps. It is not always appropriate to use inset map (extent indicators).

Introduction Representtation Symbology to ArcGIS Pro

I have been a cartographer since 2005 in a national mapping agency. In ArcGIS desktop software for symbolizing vector data, I used to use a representation rule for every feature type which made my cartographic symbology very easy. I could edit the symbol without interfering with the geometry of the feature. Generalization tools were also working on the graphic layer. I could move my data to any ArcMap document without losing its symbology.

Still, I have nothing like the Representation rule in ArcGIS Pro. My suggestion is to introduce representation rules for ArcGIS Pro.

Please bring full cartographic representation functionality forward to ArcGIS Pro including shape overrides, rules and symbology.
