Allow Layer Search in Tasks

It appears that the "Locate" command in Tasks doesn't support switching the mode to "Layer Search", and as far as I can tell there is no other command for it. (Search by Attributes is close, of course)

It would be great to be able to use that mode, and allow the Task to store a search configuration.

For example in a task regarding Feature A, you could start by searching A.Name with "match any part", then allow the user to browse and select results using Layer Search's richer UI.

This would help using Tasks to create workflows for end-users to ease them into the Locate tool for features that aren't easily addressable.

I spoke to Esri specifically about the search option. I do not think it works correctly. I have match exact and only visible layers and I get features that are not visible and have nothing to do with my search inquiry
