Configure the Ribbon by Pro Project

We need the ability to save Ribbon configurations to a specific Pro *.aprx. Some ribbon contents (e.g., custom add-ins) do not need to be active/displayed in every project. Many tools and tabs are irrelevant and can be confusing unless shown in particular projects.

Problem: The Customize the Ribbon changes are implemented for every single Pro project or session, not for a specific one.

This would be great! I have a custom tools built for 9-1-1 editing and soil geoprocessing. I only want to see the 9-1-1 tools on my 9-1-1 project and my soil tools on my soils project.

I am just learning ArcGIS Pro and I'm trying to get everything configured for my preferences similar to ArcMap.
If I reinstall Pro, will I have to recreate my settings again from scratch?
