Publish dimensions as a hosted feature service for use in online/portal.

Note added by Kory Kramer‌ 8-27-19.  Support for publishing dimensions by referencing registered data started in ArcGIS Pro 2.3. What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.3—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop 

This idea is to support publishing dimensions as a hosted feature service.

Can't dimensions already be shared to Enterprise? I think so, but can't quickly test right now.

I believe this request is valid for ArcGIS Online, but perhaps not for ArcGIS Enterprise.

Looks like in ArcGIS Pro 2.3 support for this started when referencing registered data: What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.3—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

I've updated the title of the idea to include the word hosted, as hosted feature services are what is not supported.
