Activate map frame from TOC button

In ArcGIS Pro, certain labeling settings are only accessible through the list by labeling TOC, which itself is only available with a map view or activated map frame on a layout. Working primarily in the layout, this can be fussy (see this idea for getting list by labeling in the layout view's TOC) and lead to a lot of back and forth.

I think it would be neat if the small map icon to the left of Map Frame would double as an Activate button -- it's actually the same icon, and it's a logical location, especially if you're like me and you're going for one of the map-specific TOC tabs. R-click > Activate is only one more click, but those clicks add up when Pro requires constant back and forth between layout & activated map.
