Show shortcut in tooltip on hover

I would love it if the shortcut for an action is displayed in the tooltip on hover.

For example, I want to group some elements in a layout. I know there's a shortcut to do that action because I've looked it up, but if it showed those shortcuts somewhere in the UI, then my work would go more quickly because I could learn those shortcuts as I go.

ArcGIS Pro has a comprehensive list of keyboard shortcuts available on the Esri website, but having them visible in tooltips could be a more user-friendly approach for those who want to learn them on the go

As of ArcGIS Pro 3.2, shortcuts should be shown in the menu for all commands that participate in the Keyboard Shortcuts customize experience. Architectural constraints currently prevent showing the shortcuts for items that aren't customizable.
