Classed symbology - click off to deselect classes

Now that color schemes only apply to the selected classes, it's become harder to apply them to all classes. If you've made a selection, there seems to be no way to unselect. You can, of course, select all the classes by clicking the first and then shift clicking the last, but this is another few steps compared to just being able to click in the space below and deselect. Since selecting all and deselecting all both cause the color scheme to apply to all classes, this would be a helpful shortcut to speed up workflows.
