idea Let me do things with selected layers in different groups in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

Right now, if you have multiple items selected that happen to live in different groups, you cannot drag them out into a new map/layout, you cannot drag them into a GP tool, you cannot drag them as if to ungroup and reorder in the TOC, nor can you select Group to regroup them into their own group. Each one of these things requires a manual ungroup prior, which isn't very intuitive. It's also confusing because other controls work -- e.g. with a bunch of graphics selected in different groups, the element pane works. It would be nice if you could just manipulate them without the ungroup.
