Select By Attributes: Allow pasting from right-click context menu

In the Select By Attributes window:

In the WHERE clause UI, I can paste a value into a textbox using CTRL+V.

But I can't paste using right-click >> Paste. The Paste button is greyed out.

Could that behavior be changed so that right-click >> Paste would work?

From Support (Esri Canada Case #03256325):
I was able to reproduce the behaviour that you described. Right-clicking and selecting paste does not work when attempting to paste a value into the query builder in the Select By Attributes tool with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3. I've identified a bug that was created for this behaviour that was marked as fixed in 3.0, but I will note that it is now occurring in later versions of ArcGIS Pro and push for it to be reopened.
