Specify radii for graphics' rounded corners

Right now Pro supports rounded corners on layout element such as data frames, table frames, and graphic rectangles. You set this by specifying a percentage, and this works pretty well. However, this has unintended consequences. By setting the corner rounding as a percentage, this means you'll have different sized corner arcs depending on the scaling of your item. Below are 3 text boxes all with 25% rounding.

They are consistent in the sense that their shape is preserved as their size reduces, but sometimes this is undesirable. Sometimes, you want the corner radius preserved as it resizes. Something close to this:

Other design applications allow users to set rounding as a percentage (preserve shape across scale) or as a corner radius (in points; preserve corner radius across scale). I'd like to have this same functionality in Pro so I can stop guessing on the rounding from box to box.

It also creates problems when lining up rounded boxes of different sizes on top of each other - there's no real way to precisely align them.

Here's another example of the limitations of percentage-only rounding -- these table frames all have a rounding value of 15% but end up looking very different because they are different sizes.
