Add the ability to set a default construction tool for Modify tools like Reshape and Split

When you create features, you can set a feature template to use a default tool (i.e. Line Tool, Freehand Line Tool, Trace Line Tool, etc).

IDEA: It would be good if you could change the default option in the Construction Toolbar when EDITING features (not creating) to something other than the Line Tool as well (probably in the Project Options > Editing Window).

Hi @LindsayRaabe_FPCWA ,

I'm not clear on what you are asking for. You can set the default tool for a particular template. In your first screenshot if you set the "Right Angle Line Tool" as default, it becomes the default tool for that template and is activated on the Construction Toolbar when you activate that template in Create Features.

Curves are the exception. Are you specifically asking for a particular curve construction tool to be available to be set as the default construction tool within a feature template? Or something else?

Hi Scott. To clarify, I'm not talking about when creating features (that was just an example of where you can already set the default tool), but when editing existing features it would be good to change the default construction tool from Line Segment (to Trace for example).
