Voiceover for Animations

As a soil scientist creating a block diagram of my soils catena's(groups) I would like to be able to fly into a Soil mappunit and explain the parent material a soil type and soil genesis as part of the Animation. So you create your animation then work on the timing of the voice over to be able to..paraphrase the old saying a picture/map is worth a thousand words into an animation with a voice over is worth 10,000 words.

I would think it would be much to difficult to do the voice first and then try to match animation to the dialog.

You should be able to see the animation up to not advance until after a given time. So do your animation. then the voice over. Measure the time of the voice over then set the timing.

Your right that is why I said create the animation then voice over..the animation speed can be controlled easily but first you need a path to follow mentally for your voice over if you want to say more spend more time there in the animation.
