I saw the Arcgis Pro: Visualizing your attributes webinar from the 2022 UC.

Alycia Rajendran showed how to use go to row, accessible from the right hamburger menu.

It would be more convenient to have "go to row" on a contextual menu on the left side of the table where the row number column is. Nothing happens when I left or right click there anyway.
