Label Bar Chart Map Symbology

Good day all,

As shown in the map below I have green bar chart symbols based on `city count`.

Is there way to add the actual count values next to or inside each of the bar chart map symbols in ArcPro 2.8?

Yes, you can label the bar chart on or near the bar itself. In the Contents Pane, select the layer in question, then click Feature Layer->Symbology. Identify the field to label in the Label Class group and click Label in the Layer group. You can open the Label Class pane and set the properties of the label appearance using the Maplex Labeling Engine. See image below for my example.
