Update the ArcGIS Pro Catalog Favorites folders pane to have the same functionality as the Project folders pane.

Our organization lost several days believing that the drag-drop functionality of our installation was broken because we could not drag data to the Map, nor could we move feature classes within Geodatabases to Feature Datasets while accessing our folders in Favorites.

It would be nice to either duplicate the functionality or simply add the Favorites to every Project automatically and do away with the Favorites pane.

There is another idea that is specifically about dragging/dropping content from Favorites into a map/scene view here: ArcGIS Pro allow dragging from Favorites

I just wanted to note that while this idea requests the ability to drag/drop into a map, it includes another request to "move feature classes within Geodatabases to Feature Datasets"
