Add Surface Information Tool: map Output Properties to an existing field.

Add the ability to map the Output Property to an existing field. For instance, we have three periods of LiDAR collected and in our feature class we have the fields Z_2002, Z_2014, and Z_2020 to store the elevations. The existing tool forces us to use a field "Z" and then have to Calculate Field to move the data to the appropriate field for the time period. This is not minor as we are talking about the whole state of North Carolina having 3 elevations(Time Periods) every 5 feet.
