idea Example Datasets in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

It would be great if ArcGIS Pro came with a few example vector datasets for posting minimum reproducible examples. Something analogous to the R sf package's nc.shp.

The Resources section on Pro's start page provides a number of places that provide data.

The quick-start tutorials point to downloadable data and learn lessons do as well.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, but this is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for something analogous in Pro to Desktop's

C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.2\TemplateData\TemplateData.gdb so that if you need to create a minimum reproducible example on this esri Community or the GIS StackExchange, others can use the same dataset and reproduce your issue. In other words, having some shapefiles that come downloaded automatically with Pro or arcpy so that you don't need to use CreateFishnet(). One is much more likely to receive help if someone else can copy and paste code as opposed to downloading a dataset.

Related posts:

https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/98459/seeking-datasets-to-construct-minimal-reproducible-examples-for-arcmap

I am trying to avoid using CreateFishnet() as in https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/362700/seeking-dataset-to-create-reproducible-arcpy-example-for-arcgis-pro

An example of using R's sf package:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63003846/is-it-possible-to-place-legend-key-numbers-inside-elements-of-a-ggplot-legend

From R but the same idea applies: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5963269/how-to-make-a-great-r-reproducible-example:

Providing a minimal dataset

Usually, sharing huge data sets is not necessary and may rather discourage others from reading your question. Therefore, it is better to use built-in datasets or create a small "toy" example that resembles your original data, which is actually what is meant by minimal.

An alternative to this could be that you simply use a dataset accessible through the living atlas portal built into the catalog pane? Then everyone could use the same dataset to replicate an issue and there are hundreds of datasets so we are spoilt for choice!
