Drop Down List Select by Attributes

In most Geoprocessing tools, you can select multiple fields (for example, in Delete Field) using a drop-down list. Yet in Select by Attributes' you have to add a new expression for each attribute you want to delete. Why can't there be a drop-down list to select multiple attributes instead of adding a new expression each time, which is a pain. I use Select a lot and this would really speed up work. (If anyone knows how to do this or has a toolbox to do it, that would be very helpful...but I think this feature would be relatively simple to implement)

Set the operator to 'includes the value(s)' and you'll get the dropdown pick list:
