It would be nice if drag\drop property is allowed while working with environment.

Thank you for submitting this idea, Jamal! You are correct - it looks like the Environments dialog is modal and blocks the UI while it is active, thus preventing drag/drop. So you have a valid idea.

It does appear that you can drag/drop from the file system into the dialog which might help a little bit, but does not address the need to work directly from the Catalog pane.

The status will be updated if and when it is being considered. A change to Under Consideration or In Product Plan will indicate movement on our side as described in the ArcGIS Idea Statuses document.
