Highlight Layers with a different projection than the map

It would be great to highlight (just in the table of contents) layers that are being reprojected on the fly, and are different from the map-frame.

Usually these layers work just fine, but having a different projection can cause a slow down in loading time, errors in geoprocessing, or other subtle problems. It would be nice to easily see which layers are different from the map...

A good idea, also similar to people requesting a visual highlight to layers that have definition queries, as it stands one has to click on the data tab and look at definition query group to get any indication.

If ESRI ever implement this idea it has to be subtle and not change the layer name.

@DuncanHornby in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 the ability to filter layers in the Contents pane to show only those with an active definition query. Hopefully this helps!

Active definition query is great! But it doesn't remove the need to help identify layers that may be causing performance or analytical issues due to a mismatched projection/coordinate system. While I very much appreciate the ability to reproject on the fly, when dealing with particularly big data, or complex analysis, the mismatched systems can cause issues.
