Conflict: labels and bar chart

A part from the issue of labelling the bars with their value (not available up to know in the ArcGIS), I’m facing now the problem of having conflict between the “bar charts” and the labels of polygons. Please, have a look on the screenshot below:

Is there a way to resolve this conflict while I’m using the “best” in the “Maplex”?

This is most likely a bug, we have just fixed something similar to this so hopefully you will see this fixed in ArcMap 10.1
