idea Support for 3D Text (Labels and Annotation) in ArcScene not just ArcGlobe in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

Please add the same support that has been implemented for 3D text in ArcGlobe in ArcScene so you can label features dynamically in the scene and display annotation in 3D.

It would be nice to migrate the 3D Label Toolbar developer sample from VB6 to .NET and include with the SDK to see how to best use OpenGL with .NET and ArcObjects: http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/ArcGISDesktop/com/samples/3d_analyst/visualization/ArcScene/text_toolbar/4f59ee98-9f9f-48a1-88f0-f50cd10d358c.htm

It is already implemented in ArcGIS Pro, it should be marked with “Implemented” stamp. However it would be great in ArcScene too…
