Unable to create API key in Developer Dashboard

Hello,

I am trying to follow this tutorial and I need to create an API key in the Developers Dashboard. I am signed in with an organizational account but I do not see the tab for API. Is there some other setting that needs to be enabled for me to complete this step?

@kclarkGISAlthough you are logged in with an Organization account, the API Keys tab is not appearing (it should appear next to the OAuth 2.0 tab) that would indicate either you are logged in with an account with limited privileges such as a trial account, education account, personal use. Can you contact your Organization Administrator and have your user type escalated to a Creator account? If not you can sign up with a separate account go to https://developers.arcgis.com/sign-up/ and sign up for a free developer account.
