      <title>Unable to change my location platform e-mail address.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a ArcGIS Developers account essential plan and it has been already converted to ArcGIS location platform account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to change my e-mail address&amp;nbsp;in ArcGIS location platform like the previous ArcGIS Developers' way, but the web page&amp;nbsp;transitions to &amp;nbsp;ArcGIS Online organization site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, I tried to change&amp;nbsp;my e-mail address in ArcGIS Online.&lt;BR /&gt;Click Organization &amp;gt; members &amp;gt; edit email address and I filled in my new e-mail address.&lt;BR /&gt;The message "Email updated successfully" was displayed, but it was not changed.&lt;BR /&gt;After clearing the cache of the browser, this result didn't change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone faces the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that it is the easy workaround to make a new ArcGIS location platform account, but&amp;nbsp; I would like to use use the current my account...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in any advices,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rina&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To resolve the email update issue, please try the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Verify Member Email Address&lt;/STRONG&gt;: In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab on the ArcGIS Portal page, scroll down to confirm that your member email address is verified under the &lt;STRONG&gt;Email verification&lt;/STRONG&gt; section.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Log Out and Back In&lt;/STRONG&gt;: After clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, sign out and then sign back in to refresh your session.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/616167"&gt;@c_yatteau&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;we're seeing this issue at Portal 11.5. The exact error when trying to update a user's email is "Location platform account with this email address already exists. Please use a different email address."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know of any ties to the "Location platform" within these built-in accounts. Getting this error even as the default Admin role. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing the same issue, trying to change a user's email address from one that no longer exists in our organisation to another which is already linked to an account. Up until now I have never seen this error message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
