API key limits and billing limits

Hi,

It's possible that a user of my application may use more resources than intended.
I want to specify two types of limits:

API key IP limits: limits specified on an IP address to prevent specific users from using too much quota.
Account billing limits: I am on a pay-as-you-go payment model and want to cap the billing amount per month.

Is it possible to set these limits? I checked on the dashboard, but see no such option for either of them.

Currently, the ArcGIS Location Platform does not offer IP-specific usage limits or monthly billing caps. However, we appreciate your feedback and are actively exploring ways to make usage management easier in the future. In the meantime, here are some steps to help manage usage and costs:
