    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you need your deleted parcels to be copied to an external feature class for further research when they get deleted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some organizations do not have the time to research each case and would rather copy them out, for others this might be an early symptom of 'parcel hoarding' &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, the attribute rule is triggered when the parcel is deleted. At that event, it is copied to an external feature class.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can download the attached project package to review it.
