From what you described, it seems the problem may have been related to the wording in the document, and you were able to place the easement based on the survey you shared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be helpful if you could share what the issue was and how you resolved it so others in the community can benefit from your workflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was also able to read the legal description and place it using the Oregon PLSS. I just wanted to check if you are satisfied with how your easement is placed. When you enable the imagery, does everything appear to align correctly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just added the PLSS from add data/ArcGIS Online/ typed in Oregon PLSS and selected PLSS_TownshipRange from the free esri data. I tried to upload the .shp but its too large for this. I appreciate any help, thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
