    <description>&lt;P&gt;The traverse tool can parse a DMS angle, so you can put "+83-05", and it should figure it out. If it doesn't like that string, you could convert to DD and enter that, so "+83.08333" would do it, too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also right-click the previous line and use the &lt;STRONG&gt;segment deflection &lt;/STRONG&gt;tool, but entering it in the traverse pane is probably preferable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Traverse? Thence angle right 83°05'</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having a hard time figuring out how to input a line on this legal which reads &lt;EM&gt;Thence angle right 83°05'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;The best I've come up with is entering +83 in the distance column so the line will be 83° from the previous line.
