I'm trying to overlay an aerial photo over a basemap, and by associating 4 opposing points, the photo then becomes the same relative size as the basemap. Does that make sense? I can do it at work on ArcGIS stand alone, but can't seem to do it on the online version.

I'm new to writing code for ArcGIS Explorer (but am fairly good with VBA) and was wondering if I could have a peek at the code to see how it works. It would give me a good head start.

I'm trying to develop something that would "georeference" oblique photos. In other words, I'd like to bring them into Explorer, have the user move them relative to each other, and then push a button to georeference the corners so we could save these relative locations.

Thanks,
Tom Hodgson
