Templates, Where are they?

Relatively new to AGOL, when I go to "share my map" through my webmap in AGOL, I have no templates available to me. I am missing something? From what I have read ESRI hosts a number of templates; I am particularly interested in the parcel viewer. How do I add templates?
FYI, Organization account with 2500 credits.

Scott,

You will first have to save your web map. With the map open, click Share and you should see an option for Make a Web Application at the bottom. It will be greyed out until you share your web map first either with a group, your organization or everyone.

I followed what you suggested. The issue is after I go through the greyed out selection, nothing exists within the the web applications window, being no templates are there it is blank.

I see, in that case you'll have to make sure that the Esri Default gallery is being used for the Web App Templates. If you're an administrator you can try the following:

My Organization > Edit Settings > Map > Web App Templates.

Set it to Esri Default if something else is being used.
