Publishing is successful but it requires manual starting of the service. What I wonder more on this problem is that every time I tried to start it manually, its giving me error. I tried reading suggestions with regards to this and one of the solution is to restart the server and it actually works on my end. We would be able to dive into this with you, and then look to see what could be causing this issue and you mentioned an error. The error can always tell us some very important information, and you should always look to the resources available on the server box. Along with the number of services you are running, and if this happens with all map services you are attempting to publish.</P><P><BR />I guess we did provide a few items to look into on your end, but I would really suggest logging a support case with us on the server team.
