An Israeli large Site License university is setting up their AGOL subscription.
Since they have many groups and many users they expressed the need to have "sub-administrators" with full privileges but to their group of interest only, and not the entire University.

This is an interesting request and very appropriate for large AGOL subscribers, levels 3 and up.

Sub administrators havnot been added to AGOL up till now but its under the process of discussion by ESRI.

I realize this is an old thread, but it appeared as an item under Related Content when I was viewing another GeoNet thread. Thought I would post a comment to 'update' this thread for others if they come across this.

Additional admin privileges were added to ArcGIS Online in the June 2019 update.
