Basic Viewer web app on mobile devices

Hi everyone, I have made a Basic Viewer web app based on a map built through ArcGIS Online (I have a Public Account). Then I have embedded the app in a website. It works great, although it seems to have some issues when it comes to mobile devices with small screens like iPhones and smartphones. It occasionally freezes, and all the boxes (pop-up, layer list, legend etc) do not resize in a responsive fashion. Could you please help me figure out how to optimize the app so that it works smoothly on mobile devices?

It seems to work for me on my iPhone in Chrome and Safari. How often does if freeze up for you and what browser / version of the browser are you using? This need to go to Esri Support to see if they can reproduce the issue.
