Simple web page to pass input parameters to a geoprocessing service

Hi, I have created a geoprocessing service and published it in ArcGIS Server. I don't need to create a map, I just need a web page where the users registered to our Portal can input the parameters needed to run the service. They will receive an email when the operation has been terminated. Is there an easy way to create such web page? I am not a developer but would like to start somewhere and this could be the ideal opportunity. Thank you
