Are ArcGIS analysis tools down right now?

A student was getting errors when trying to enrich a layer around a map note. I tried the same with my account, as well as a simple buffer, and got an error as well. Is anyone else having problems right now? If not, maybe the problem is on our end. Thanks.

Our analysis tools are working now. I don't know if it was a temporary glitch on Esri's end, but we are OK now.

I think someone mentioned that tonight (6/27/2017) is when they are planning to roll out the next updates to ArcGIS Online. So my guess, it may be up and down tonight (not sure how long their update takes).
