ArcGIS Online Services Life Cycle Support Status - Mature support Retirement date

Background:
One of our partners has some image feeds that are being used with a dated Flex application that are on the list of items about to be retired. Our partner having some issues migrating their app to an alternate feed.

http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Reference/ESRI_BoundariesPlaces_World_2D/MapServer

Question:
Can anyone confirm if these services stop at midnight PST tonight (April 17th 12:00 a.m. ) or if they run through the 17th (11:59 PM)?

Hi Jason,

The older map services using ArcGIS Online WGS84 tiling scheme will be retired on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
