topic accessing web tool in AGOL through Power Automate in ArcGIS Online Questions

I am seeing some conflicting information and wanted to ask the community/ESRI for clarification:

My organization has an ArcGIS Online portal (Not Enterprise - well, we have that too, but not suitable for this purpose). I have built a simple web tool that takes a single argument and returns an image, and it resides in the AGOL environment. Can I, or can I not, call that web tool from Power Automate to run asynchronously, and then retrieve the result? This is to be part of a work flow where I am already using Power Automate with Survey123 and the premium ArcGIS Connector. I have seen one ESRI site that indicated this would NOT be possible unless the tool were in Enterprise, which for access/simplicity reasons is not a reasonable solution for my current task. Can anyone clarify this for me?
