topic Labeling Stacked Features in ArcGIS Online Questions

Hello Everyone,

I am having some trouble with labeling stacked features. I have a location with three points stacked directly on top of one another as they share the same Lat/Long. Visually, you only see one feature which is the one draw on top, however when I enable labels the label that appears is not for the feature drawn on top.

Is there a way for the label to be for the feature / records you can see or that is drawn on top?

You can do a couple things

- Under label style you can set a different placement location for each of the label classes and use the XY slider to manual adjust that position within the updated anchor location.

- Disabling deconfliction. This will keep all the labels present for the class that has deconfliction disabled.

These topics get covered in this blog here:

https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/map-viewer-a-labeling-recap
