    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else been having issues with basemaps loading reliably in the past couple months?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since sometime around the last ArcGIS Online update, in late February/early March, our users have been reporting basemaps failing to load on a regular basis. This is a systemic issue with failures seen in ArcGIS Online, multiple ArcGIS Enterprise Portals (11.3 and 11.5), ArcGIS Pro and in custom built applications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the basemaps fail to load, the errors indicate that the basemap JSON is unavailable. I'm especially interested if you are located near Arlington, Texas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
