Hi @StuA ,

If your only option is using the out-of-the-box print widget/service, you could maybe get away with adding some text to the "copyright" field, which will print on the page. However, it does cut off at a certain character limit, and you can't change the formatting, so it's really not a great workaround, I admit.

On the other hand, have you looked into this option? I think it's still in Beta and only available for certain user types, so not sure if it's an option for you. I don't have personal experience working with it so don't have much insight on it.

https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/print-from-layout-items

Hi, I am building a web app for users to create simple polygons and text etc.

I need to enable a method for the user to add their name, and map title and multiline notes at the stage of printing. This does not need saving, it just needs to be on the plan at the time of printing.

I appreciate we can easily add a Map Title and author name in the standard print functions. However, adding the Notes section is proving tricky.

I have a simple 1 user AGOL licence, no Enterprise or Portal etc. I have ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Can anyone think of an easy way I can do this? I have spent hours trying to find a solution, but I am going in unsuccessful circles with Copilot and ChatGPT!
