topic Classified symbology Imagery Layer with Processing Template applied in AGOL in ArcGIS Online Questions

In AGOL Map Viewer, I have a DEM LIDAR derived. I am trying to apply a custom Processing Template that ultimately generates on the fly Aspect only where slope is greater than 3 degrees.

It work fine apart from the fact that it seems impossible to then render the output using classified symbology

"The Layer is not providing enough information to change the drawing style"

I feel like I have tried everything... I assume it is because it is not able to understand the statistics of the "on the fly" image.

There must be a way to over ride this incredibly annoying. feature in New ESRI... It was fine in Desktop.

The whole point of classified symbology is that I want to be able to choose the threshold boundaries myself. I don't need statistics for that... Yes, of course if you want to calculate natural breaks and quantile stats, of course you need statistics, but normally I just need to specify them myself!

Apologies, rant over, but Please ESRI... help us out with a fix to this.

I have tried setting the outputs and intermediate stages to 8 bit in teh general tabs, have tried using Set Null (No Data for slope less than 3) and Con (so setting Aspect to 0 where slope is less than 3 degrees, also, remapping the output compass values in integera (1North - 8North West)
