RA_120306: Cause of failure: Cannot process above the size limits of the image service: 'LandsatC2L2'

Hello,

Trying to follow the steps on the blog entry on mapping urban heat islands. When running the analysis with a Professional license, we received this error at this step: RA_120306: Cause of failure: Cannot process above the size limits of the image service: 'LandsatC2L2'. The allowed maximum number of rows and columns is 4000 and 4000 respectively. Please adjust the output extent and/or cellsize to fit within the limits.

Any suggestions on why it might be happening?

Hi @dsinha, thanks for your post. In "System Requirement" section, it has a link on how to enable the Living Atlas imagery layers optimized for analysis at large scale. Within that link, you can also find a section for details. Once your org admin turned on that option, you should not see the above error.
