topic Media Layer not rotated in PDF-export in ArcGIS Online Questions

I created a map in Map Viewer with some public layers of the neighborhood and I added a Media Layer with a JPG-image of the floor plan of my building, rotated and aligned with the square that represents the building.

I rotated the map to get a better layout on a landscape A3-paper. On screen everything looks excellent. But when exported/printed to PDF the floor plan has a different rotation, what puts the floor plan in a totally different spot on the map that makes no sense.

Of course I can make a screenshot of my browser to counter the problem, but I like the ability to export a scaled layout, so I hope there is a solution.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi @BertL,

You have come across a known bug with media layer. The export is inaccurate when the map is rotated. Getting a fix in for this bug is on our future road map.
