Building explorer in ArcGIS Scene Viewer

How could I use this Building explorer inside the web app?

I create Building Scene Layer Package (.slpk) from ArcGIS Pro and add into ArcGIS Online.
When I open the model in Scene Viewer, it has widget call 'Building Explorer' and can filter the building floors.

But, when I add this scene into web app like Experience Builder
there is no 'Building Explorer' or any widget that can filter floors at all!

So, what's the point in making 3D model/BIM into .slpk??
It seems like .slpk can do nothing other than visualization. (can't do even just filter the floors...)

This tool looks excellent, but is there any way we can get this widget in Enterprise 11.3? Or somehow download or get the code to make it a custom widget?

The Building Explorer tool is available in Scene Viewer in Enterprise 11.3. The tool is build up-on our JS SDK and available from there as widget and component.

Thankyou so much for your quick response.. Total newb question now, how do I get this widget into my Enterprise 11.3 Experience Builder, or is only available in the Scene Viewer? Thanks

The Building Explorer widget has been added to ArcGIS Enteprise as of 11.4.
