That's what I figured I would end up doing. I was just hoping there was some sort of work around or setting somewhere I didn't see. Thanks!

I was experimenting with collaborations a while back and one of my groups now has a "Distributed" tag even though I don't have any collaborations set for my organization account. I can't see a way to get rid of it. Is there a way?

Hey @JenniferBorlick

When this happens it may be because an item was transferred that is part of a distributed collaboration or if the group was every added as a workspace to a distributed collaboration. Is there anyone else in the organization that can accept invites or maybe an item within is part of one?

I'd look for anything like this here:

Cody

That would be me. LOL.

I don't have any data that is shared in that group. I may have set it up as a workspace for the collaboration when I was trying to figure it out. Is there any way to make it not be?

I have no collaborations.

Hey @JenniferBorlick

When I've had this appear in the past, my only solution so far was to transfer the group items to another group, and then delete and recreate the group unfortunately, I believe the group does a sort of transformation into a different format when attached to a distributed collaboration, and isn't possible to revert. That has been my experience so far and doing the process takes me around 5 minutes if another admin made a mistake adding it!

Cody
