      <title>Latest AGOL update breaks html space encodings</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed this morning after the AGOL update all my sharepoint links broke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the format of the original URL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Shared%20Documents/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what it turns into when you click the hyperlink from the popup and the table:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Shared%2520Documents/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It double encodes the % and doesn't interpret it as a space. This is something that should have been caught before the upgrade, or at least let people know of the change if it was intentional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
