topic Arcade PointToCoordinate documentation clarifications in ArcGIS Online Questions

I wanted to clarify two things regarding this function-

1.) If using the distanceAlong value, what should we assume is the unit of measurement for that value? I'm guessing it's meters since Web Mercator is the default projection?

2.) The documentation begins with this lengthy point:

Feature geometries in the visualization and labeling profiles are generalized according to the view's scale resolution to improve drawing performance. Therefore, using a feature's geometry (i.e. $feature) as input to any geometry function in these contexts will return different results at each scale level. Other profiles, such as popup, provide the full resolution geometry.

The last sentence is what I want clarification- if I'm using Arcade code in a popup expression, do I assume that $feature is returning the full resolution geometry? If not, what should I reference in order to obtain it?

Thanks!

Steve

Hello @SteveCole , unfortunately I don't know the answers to your questions, but if you go to the lower-right of the documentation page you can answer "Was this page helpful ?" with "No". There you can find a Feedback form where you can enter your above questions and an optional email address for a direct reply.

https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/geometry_functions/#pointtocoordinate

Thanks, Chris. I overlook that but it can't hurt to try it.
