Arcade "DomainName" Function Not Working In Symbology Expression

Hi, I'm having issues with an arcade expression that was working for some time, then suddenly doesn't work for new entries. The expression takes species name and concatenates with density based on field surveys (survey123). There are four domains 0 - 3, that correspond with the domain name of target species density. I'm trying to get the domain name (the Target Species %) to connect with the species name.

I've tried changing my density field to a string instead of integer, tried converting my concat to text first, and tried updating the view layer to refresh the expression, calculating a field with the same expression instead for symbolizing, and no luck. I'm not sure why it worked before and not now. In the image below, the top half is how the symbology is supposed to populate, with "Species (Domain - Target Species %)" but instead only prints the 0-3 at the end, resulting in the values in the bottom half of the image.
