Real-Time Temperature in map.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I got a csv link with "StationName" and "StationTemperature"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://data.weather.gov.hk/weatherAPI/hko_data/regional-weather/latest_1min_temperature.csv" target="_blank"&gt;https://data.weather.gov.hk/weatherAPI/hko_data/regional-weather/latest_1min_temperature.csv&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And a csv file with "StationName", "StationLatitude" and "StationLongitude"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://portal.csdi.gov.hk/server/rest/services/common/hko_rcd_1634874829534_64181/FeatureServer" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.csdi.gov.hk/server/rest/services/common/hko_rcd_1634874829534_64181/FeatureServer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to merge the two layer.&lt;BR /&gt;But it will either not refreshing the data and displayed in the wrong area.&lt;BR /&gt;Or showing "&lt;SPAN&gt;One or more layers from the map are not listed here because they are either not shared with you or not publicly accessible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;" and not listing my CSV link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
